Jeff Lindor joined the Southeast Queens Innovation Lab at Greater Nexus in Jamaica, Queens, as a guest lecturer, leading a session on the practical strategies entrepreneurs need to build businesses that are attractive to investors.
Attendees left pointing specifically to his insights on positioning and product-market fit — the groundwork most founders skip before they ever get to a pitch.

The program is hosted by the Greater Jamaica Development Corporation (GJDC), a Queens-based community development organization that has worked since 1967 to expand economic opportunity across the borough, and is supported through funding secured by Assemblymember Clyde Vanel.

For Jeff, the session was consistent with the board-level work he already does in economic development — and the engagement didn't end when the lecture did. When one attendee shared how the talk had landed for him, Jeff replied directly:
"You're building something special. I believe in you. Let me know how I can be helpful in the future."
It's the kind of follow-through that turns a single lecture into an ongoing relationship — investing in the next generation of founders and innovators, on and off the stage.
Give your founders the same session these did.
